The Village of Fraser Lake with the generous contributions of Nechako-Kitamaat Development Fund ($40,000), Northern Development Initiative Trust ($170,000) and Western Economic Diversification Canada ($1,794,485) has developed a commercial/light industrial subdivision on the south side of Highway 16 within the municipal boundaries of the Village of Fraser Lake.
Lots 1-9 on the attached map are zoned C2 (Highway Commercial) and range in price from $31,000 to $45,375 and in size from .185 ha to .276 ha.
Lots 10-17 are zoned M1 (Light Industrial) and range in price from $43,540 to $67,200 and in size from .467 ha to 1.51 ha.
The Southside Subdivision as it is called is serviced with street lighting, water, sewer and storm drains. Natural gas hook-up is also available. Streets are high grade gravel at this time but the municipality is working towards paving the entire subdivision.
