The Village of Fraser Lake has been awarded a grant by Western Economic Diversification Canada to investigate and plan for the potential redevelopment of the waterfront located at White Swan Park. The Village has engaged L&M Engineering Limited to complete the Waterfront Development Plan which will provide an assessment on the viability of commercial and recreational development at the waterfront and will provide a cost analysis for the subdivision and servicing for this area.
The Village of Fraser Lake and L&M Engineering Limited will be hosting the second public open house on May 12th, 2009, between the times of 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, at The Complex located at 30 Carrier Crescent, Fraser Lake, British Columbia. The purpose of the second Open House is to discuss the draft Waterfront Development Plan.
