Walking for Wellness

Walking program for adults in the Vanderhoof area. Meets Mon. & Wed.; Noon – 1:30/2 pm at the Vanderhoof Alcohol & Drug Services office – UPSTAIRS @ 192 W Stewart St. 2nd floor. Entrance door located across from Ricky’s in the Post Office building (2nd floor). Health and wellness info; nutritional snacks; prizes; and it’s free!
