Planning and Building

The Planning and Building Department is responsible for the land development approval process, from the planning of raw land through the processing of development applications and building permit issuance, to final building inspections. The department also provides data and advice to District Council, citizens, developers, consultants and land owners on matters affecting the planning and development of the Village of Fraser Lake.
