Environmental Assessment Document Village of Fraser Lake Southside Industrial Park Project

The project we plan to develop is the only commercial/light industrial land available within the municipality at this time. There is a shortage of commercial/light industrial property within the surrounding communities and the restrictions of the Agricultural Land Reserve makes this shortage even more severe in the rural areas of the regional District of Bulkley Nechako.
